Tracy Roberts
Circle Experience
Circle Center Consulting, LLC is rooted in the Circle process and all the work we do is in Circle. I have facilitated Circles in a wide array of contexts: from homeless men in recovery to physicians on retreat to women business owners to international teenagers. I work mainly in professional settings but have experience facilitating Circle in community settings as well as churches. I also facilitate 3-day Circle trainings during the year.
We facilitate Circles for teams who are looking to build trust and have a deeper understanding who their co-workers are. We also bring soft skill development opportunities to the Circle process plus active listening, work/life balance, stress reduction, communication, conflict management & resolution, and healthy workplace boundaries. We facilitate year-long cohorts of executive directors of non-profits in identifying strengths of leadership presence, collaborative leadership, and creating a network of peers to avoid burn-out.
Most of the work we are currently involved in is in health care settings or health care related. We are also working with several corporate entities mainly in the areas of community building and soft skill development. We also facilitate Circles in the community that focus on civil discourse and diversity, equity & inclusion.
We facilitate several Firekeeper’s Circles through the year- this is a network of Circle facilitators from across the planet who meet to talk about facilitating Peacemaking Circles.
Areas of Interest and Service
