Circle Experience

Susan is the Executive Director of The Community Restorative Justice Center in St. Johnsbury. She is the founding director of the Summer Institute for Restorative Practices which is offered each summer to schools considering adopting RP into their district. In addition to her administrative work at the Restorative Justice Center, Susan practices mediation, serves on various community boards, and has been a circle keeper for schools, towns, individuals and corporations.

Susan was a classroom music teacher in grades K-8 for over 30 years before earning her principal’s license. She is a workshop leader, circle keeper, collaborator, trainer and public speaker.
