We have been teaching restorative practices in schools for over 20 years and in the juvenile justice system for over a decade. Our trainers have facilitated dozens of restorative justice conferences in numerous settings, including schools and the juvenile justice system.
We have experience with Circles in Schools, Juvenile Justice, Probation, Churches, and Nonprofits doing Community Group Conferences, Restorative Mediations, Connection Circles, Circles for Integrating Learning, Problem Solving Circles, and more.
We have worked with The Forum on Community and Restorative Justice; Community Restorative Justice Partnership of Boulder County; Lafayette Police Department; Longmont Community Justice Partnership.

Randy Compton is President and Co-Founder of Restorative Solutions. His specialty is designing and implementing school-based restorative justice programs. He has a long history of working for children, youth, and families, with a specialty working in the field of conflict resolution education. In 2003, he co-edited one of the leading books in the field of conflict resolution education, entitled Kids Working It Out: Stories and Strategies for Making Peace in Our Schools.
Catherine Childs is a Princial and Lead Trainer for Restorative Solutions and the Director for the Community Restorative Justice Partnership in Boulder Colorado. She has specialized in organizational culture and needs assessment, program design and development, integration with existing initiatives, curriculum design and delivery, implementation, sustainability, and growth in schools and criminal justice. Since 2004, Catherine has served as a volunteer youth and adult offender community group conference facilitator with the Boulder Probation Dept. Community Restorative Justice Partnership, where she sits on the Board of Directors.
