Margot Van Sluytman is an award-winning and highly respected justice activist and political influencer, who works across Canada and Internationally, to be a voice of resilience and empowerment, informing, reforming, and transforming justice policies. She is the Executive Director of Theodore’s Place Healing Home for Crime Survivors. In the year 2000, she was gifted with the Spirit Name: Raven Speaks.
Margot’s newest book is Joy Abounds: A Poetic Evocation, which poetically re-interprets Bible stories through a lens of Truth and Reconciliation with Indigenous peoples, and does so for charity.
