From 2009 through the end of 2014 I was the Restorative Justice Program Administrator for the district-wide implementation roll-out for San Francisco Unified School District.
I helped design the strategic implementation plan, develop and facilitate RJ trainings for school site staff, families, students, district office staff and community partners. I trained a team of Restorative Practices coaches to support the school site implementation.
I have experience with training and facilitation of community building and repairing harm Circles within schools and community based organizations.
I always use the Circle structure for relationship building, team development, strategic planning and consensus decision making.
I have done Circles in:
Areas of Interest and Service
Training, facilitation, coaching, implementation strategic planning, initiative integration.
I provide specific trainings on Circles, act as a thought partner/coach for educators as they apply and implement Circle practice, and I facilitate Circles at school sites as needed.
