Circle Experience and Services

I have led Circles for students in every age of classroom from 3 year-olds through graduate school.  I have led adult retreats in Circle and conducted 4-day Circle process training for professional development for teachers, social workers, principals and human resource personnel.

I have used Circles for community building, repair of harm, parent support, staff professional development and support and administrative coaching.

I have been associated with the following people and organizations doing Circles:

Minnesota Department of Education:  Nancy Riestenberg, Kay Pranis,  PeerSpirit,  Living Justice Press for materials and resources, The Center for Community Justice in Elkhart, Indiana, The Center For Peace and Nonviolence, The Hermitage Community, Transformation Ministries, The Near Northwest Neighborhood Center and Kern Road Mennonite Church and South Bend Community School Corporation.

Areas of Interest and Service

I can lead staff development, offer coaching and consulting to schools or community groups that are exploring implementation of restorative justice in education.  I can lead retreats, workshops and trainings in Circle Process.
