I have been using Circles since 2012 primarily to address group conflict. I’ve trained with the International Institute of Restorative Practices and with Kay Pranis under the auspices of the Good Shepard Mediation Center in Philadelphia.  I offer Circle process facilitation for conflict, group decision-making, and team/community building. I work mostly with adults.

I bring years of professional experience in conflict resolution and a broad skill set to address and prevent conflicts.I employ diverse and flexible conflict resolution techniques and strategies to best suit your needs and situation. Circle process is one of my preferred tools to address group conflict.
