Circle Experience

I worked in the juvenile justice system, and utilized circles there. I have used circles as a teaching pedagogy in universities, since 2003. I have experience with healing circles, victim awareness circles, restorative conferences, and academia. I’ve been associated with juvenile court, faith communities, and universities.

Bio

Don spent 37 years in a large juvenile court outside Philadelphia, PA. before retiring in 2014. He became a restorative justice coordinator in 1998, and started assembling his toolbox. He is skilled in a number of dialogue processes. Don currently teaches 6-7 courses a semester in three universities, and always teaches at least one course in restorative justice. Occasionally, He still facilitates circle trainings.
