Bruce has a diverse and unique set of life experiences including football coach, criminal defense attorney, mediator, ordained pastor, and certified life coach. His wealth of education, training, and experiences enable him to assist clients in finding fresh perspectives to their mental preparation and ultimately in becoming the best version of themselves. Bruceís practice focuses primarily in the area of sports performance, working with professional and collegiate athletes and coaches.

Bruce began working with mindful awareness and mental preparation after coaching and working with his son, George Kittle, All Pro Tight End with the San Francisco 49ers. Bruce began mental prep work with George in the 5th grade where they worked on affirmations and visualization techniques. Since then they have worked together on George’s mental preparation using a variety of tools to help George play at the top of his game.

From these experiences Bruce developed his own holistic and humanistic approach to what he now calls “Mindful Awareness & Performance” (MAP). Bruce uses a variety of tools including breath work, meditation, affirmations, visualization, and life coaching. Bruce’s client-centered approach is grounded in the belief that the client knows what is best in their own life, and that they have all the tools and knowledge needed to reach their goals.
