Circle Experience and Services

I’ve kept Circles in schools for middle and high schools students, staff, and families.  I’ve kept Circle with after-school. I’ve kept Circle in community settings and trainings.

In the Circles I’ve worked with in schools with staff and students, we have focused on building community, responding to harm, leadership, and conflict skills. In trainings and in the community, I’ve worked on race/privilege conversations. We’ve found that the staff get a lot out of intentional prioritized time throughout the entire school year to connect with the rest of the staff. It improves relationships and support.

I’ve trained with the Minnesota Department of Education during the June Restorative Seminars. As a staff member at Community Mediation & Restorative Services, I’ve been providing restorative conferences and Circles for school, families, and communities.
