The Circles process has been instrumental within my own family as a way to ensure we are engaging with each other in a healthy manner so that voices are heard and understood.
In addition to facilitating the circle process with groups of employees that worked with at risk children and mental health clients, I have also assisted the prosecutor’s office with families who have and are going through the trauma of losing someone to violence.
I have worked with the following groups: At Risk Youth Detention Employees, Hospital Employees, Mental Health Clients, Convicted Felons, Sexual Assault Survivors, Families of Victims
Areas of Interest and Service
I am able to facilitate restorative justice circles and provide tools and exercises that can be used to provide reinforcement of lessons learned during the circle process.
I am a wife, mother, Human Resource professional with over 25 years experience, Bullets4Life ambassador, senseless gun violence advocate and sexual assault resource director. I have a passion for serving and advocating for the under-served and being a voice for those that have been muted. I am also the parent of a child who was murdered. This life-altering experience has allowed me the ability to be able to relate to trauma induced clients from a position of experience.
